Security Management for Bank Atlantic Online Banking
Atlantic Bank added additional security features to help you monitor your online accounts. We conduct an additional access authentication feature. We have also expanded your ability to manage and monitor the status of your accounts with the addition of our “Notify Me” service that allows you to e-mail received on various transactions.

Additional access authentication feature
Atlantic Bank implemented an additional access authentication feature that may, from time to time, ask you to verify your security question (s) response as an additional step to logging into Online Banking to pay.
Take time to prepare for this extra layer of security by controlling your security verification question and answer in the “manage your accounts’ section under the” User Services “tab to make them up-to-date. That’s all there is!
Atlantic Bank will also increase your ability to manage and monitor the status of your accounts with the addition of our “Notify Me” service that allows you to e-mail to receive the following:
- Red Account
- Balance is above and / or below a designated amount of U.S. dollars
- Check number (s) paid
- Deposit Made
- Transaction above a designated amount
- A message is received in your inbox
You will receive an email from Bank Atlantic Ocean to your external email account when the “Notify Me” that you setup thresholds are exceeded or when you receive a message box in your online banking.
You can choose to setup “Notify Me” alerts by clicking on the “User Services” tab, link to “Notify Me” under the “User Preferences” section, and that transaction (s modes) to activate messages via e – mail.
